No. The briefing — a toolbox talk, site induction, refresher or task-specific instruction — is delivered in person by a qualified person. sciilo documents what happened; it does not take over any employer duty.
Each worker completes a short confirmation step in their own language on a shared phone or tablet. A failed check is never recorded as cleared: the instructor explains again and records a retest. Cleared, needs-explanation, absent and unable-to-complete outcomes stay distinct.
